By accessing and using IconShelf ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

IconShelf provides:

  • Icon search and browsing functionality
  • Icon download services in various formats (SVG, PNG)
  • Collection browsing and organization tools
  • Icon customization features (size, color)

Note: The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by the open-source community and various icon creators.

Icon Licenses and Usage Rights

Icon Licensing

Icons available through IconShelf come from various sources and may have different licenses:

  • Open Source Licenses: MIT, Apache 2.0, CC BY 4.0, and others
  • Public Domain: CC0 and similar unrestricted licenses
  • Custom Licenses: Specific terms set by icon creators

Your Responsibilities

  • Check the specific license for each icon before use
  • Comply with attribution requirements when specified
  • Respect usage restrictions and limitations
  • Do not redistribute icons in violation of their licenses

Commercial Use

Most icons are available for commercial use, but you must verify the specific license terms for each icon. IconShelf does not guarantee commercial usage rights and is not responsible for license violations.

Lifetime Premium Terms

Lifetime Premium Purchase

The Lifetime Premium plan is a one-time purchase that provides permanent access to premium features for the lifetime of your account and our service.

  • Premium Features: Unlimited downloads, high-resolution exports up to 4096px, ad-free experience, priority support
  • Account Binding: Premium status is permanently tied to your account and cannot be transferred
  • Service Lifetime: Premium access continues for as long as IconShelf operates and your account remains active

No Refund Policy

ALL LIFETIME PREMIUM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with features, change of mind, duplicate purchases, or technical issues
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination
  • We recommend using the free version extensively before purchasing to ensure the premium features meet your needs
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy

Service Modifications

  • Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at our sole discretion without prior notice
  • Service Evolution: Premium features may be updated, replaced, or discontinued as our service evolves
  • No Compensation: No refunds or compensation will be provided for feature changes or removals
  • Continued Access: You will retain access to available premium features as they exist at any given time

Service Availability & Limitations

  • Service Continuity: While we intend to operate indefinitely, we do not guarantee perpetual service availability
  • Technical Issues: Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or technical problems do not constitute grounds for refunds
  • Account Termination: Premium benefits are forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these terms
  • Business Changes: In the event of business closure, merger, or acquisition, premium benefits may be affected without compensation

Terms Modification Rights

We reserve the absolute right to modify these Lifetime Premium Terms at any time.

  • Changes may be made without prior notice or consent from premium users
  • Continued use of premium features after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • We may impose new restrictions, limitations, or conditions on premium features

SEVERABILITY: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
